I want to set up automatic payments

You can pre-authorize your account with Direct Debit from any Canadian financial institution by logging into My Account. Don’t have a My Account yet? Create one today.

Once signed in:

1. Click on Account Settings on the left menu.
2. Click on Pre-authorized Payments on the left menu.
3. Select ‘Pay through your bank account’.
4. Enter your banking information and click ‘Continue’.
5. Verify your banking information and click ‘Submit Request’.
