Do you offer payment plans?

If you're having trouble paying your balance we can help.

Important information you should know when reporting a damage claim:

  1. COVID-19 Repayment Assistance Program - If you're experiencing financial difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
  2. Financial Hardship Program - If you can't afford to pay your balance in full, are experiencing financial difficulties and need to renew your licence plate(s).
  3. Exceptional Hardship Plan - If you've accumulated significant outstanding tolls and fees and will suffer “exceptional hardship” if you can't renew your licence plate(s).
