How driving offers work
Step 1: Have a My Account
This is where your offers will appear. Make sure your licence plate and email are up to date. Please note: Offers are personalized and having a My Account does not guarantee an offer.
Step 2: Subscribe to marketing emails
We’ll also notify you by email when you have an offer. You can manage preferences in My Account or the app.
Step 3: Enroll in the offer before the deadline
Log in to My Account through your browser or the 407 ETR app, or open your email from 407 ETR to see your personalized offer. Select Sign Up Now in My Account or the app OR click Unlock Offer in your email. Accept the Terms & Conditions and submit. You will see a confirmation message and also receive a confirmation email to confirm you are enrolled.
Step 4: Travel & enjoy your savings
Start driving during your promotion period.
Did you sign up for a My Account but didn’t get a driving offer?
No need to give us a call. If you didn’t catch the current one, you could still receive future driving promotions. Keep an eye on your My Account and emails to stay up to date.

Eligibility & Offers
Why did my family/friend receive an offer and I didn't? Why are there different offers?
The criteria used to determine offer eligibility can vary depending on the specific promotion. Make sure to sign up for My Account if you don’t already have one and keep your email address current. Plus, ensure you’re subscribed to receive 407 ETR marketing emails. To check, log into My Account > Profile > Manage Profile > Manage Email Preferences > Subscribe Me. We offer personalized offers tailored to each customer’s unique driving habits to help alleviate congestion on alternate routes when they are busiest.
I didn’t get an offer. Can I contact customer service to see if I can get one?
Offers are made directly to customers and can be accepted through My Account or your targeted email. Our customer service agents are not able to provide you with an offer.
Can I change my offer or choose a different one?
No. Offers are personalized and cannot be changed or added through our Customer Support team.
Do I need a transponder to qualify?
No, but video customers may see a credit to offset the video fee during eligible periods. Details will be in your offer.
How do travel time periods work?
When you're enrolled in a driving offer with specific travel time periods, you must enter Highway 407 ETR within the time periods listed in your offer. The time you exit the highway does not affect the offer. Please note: Public holidays are not included in the promotion period unless explicitly stated.
Enrolment & Confirmation
How do I know if I have a promotional driving offer from 407 ETR?
Log in to your My Account. If you have an active offer available, you'll find all the details and instructions on how to take advantage of it there.
How can I enrol in a driving offer?
You can enrol in a driving offer in your My Account through one of the following methods (you must accept the promotion Terms and Conditions and click "Submit"):
Email: Click on the "Unlock Offer" link in the offer email we sent you.
Web: Log into your My Account on our website and select the "Sign Up Now" option for the driving offer.
Mobile app: Log in, and choose the "Sign Up Now" option for the driving offer.
How can I confirm if my enrolment for the driving offer was successful?
After successfully enrolling in the driving offer, you will see a confirmation message and also receive a confirmation email. Additionally, you can log into your My Account on our website or mobile app to view the offer details.
What happens if I miss the sign-up deadline?
You won’t be able to enrol in that promotion, but keep checking My Account and your email for future offers.
I received a driving offer and I'm having difficulty signing up.
You may sign up for your driving offer through the email you received, the mobile app, or enrol through My Account directly. If you're still having trouble, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Credits & Billing
When will my credits appear on my bill?
If you reach your personalized spend threshold during the promotion period, credits will typically show on your next bill within 7–10 days after the month ends.
Why didn’t I get credits even though I enrolled?
Credits apply only if you meet the offer conditions (e.g., travel during eligible times, reach your spend amount and/or have a valid license plate). Check your offer details in My Account.
Vehicles & Accounts
Can I move my offer to a different vehicle?
Driving offers are specifically tailored to each individual customer's account and vehicle and, cannot be shared or transferred to another customer or vehicle.
I have a joint My Account with someone, but only received a driving offer for one of the vehicles registered. Do all vehicles in the account qualify for this offer?
No, driving offers are tied to the individual vehicle owner, not the My Account. Only the vehicle(s) solely owned by the person who received the offer will qualify for the promotion.
I own more than one vehicle but only got a driving offer for one of them. Do my other vehicles qualify for this offer too?
Yes, all vehicles registered under your name are eligible for the driving offer. Once you drive on Highway 407 ETR during the offer period with any of your registered vehicles, the offer will automatically apply to all your eligible vehicles
Safety
Can I stop on the shoulder to wait for the promotion travel time period to begin?
No. Please do not stop on the shoulder to wait for the promotion period — shoulders are for emergencies only. Stopping on the shoulder and merging back into traffic is dangerous, especially in winter when snow plows, icy conditions and reduced visibility increase risk. Stopping on the shoulder may also result in police enforcement under the Highway Traffic Act. For everyone’s safety, keep moving and enter the highway as you normally would.
How we promote exclusive offers

Offers are sent through email and My Account. Make sure to sign up for a My Account (if you haven’t already) to be eligible. We also run monthly giveaways on our Instagram.

Offers we send by mail include high-level offer details and a QR code to an official 407etr.com sign up page.
Where promotional travel is valid
Promotional offers only include travel on Highway 407 ETR - the stretch of highway that runs both directions from QEW in Burlington to Brock Road in Pickering. Offers are not valid for travel on the Provincially-owned Highway 407, which runs east of Brock Road to Highway 35/115 in Clarington.
