Our Programs
Route Relief Program
This program helps by offering a set number of free trips per month to offset the cost of tolls. Eligibility is based on household size and income.
Financial Hardship Program
This short-term payment assistance program is available to customers in plate denial with a balance over $5,000 who are able to make equal monthly payments to pay their balance.
Exceptional Hardship Program
This short-term payment assistance program is available to customers in plate denial who have a balance over $1,000 and who require the use of their vehicle for the health and safety of themselves of someone in their care.
Repayment Assistance Program
This short-term payment assistance program is available to personal customers experiencing financial difficulties who have a balance between $500 and $5,000.
