Driving offers are personalized, meaning not every customer will receive the same offer. Depending on how, when and where you travel on Highway 407 ETR, you may be eligible for different types of offers.

Drive & Save Offer

Drive during specific times and reach a required spend to unlock free travel during a defined period.

Example: Spend $XX on morning rush hour trips, and your remaining morning rush hour trips for the rest of the month are free.

Driving Pass Offer

Purchase a pass for unlimited travel within a specific time period.

Example: Buy a pass for $XX and enjoy unlimited travel during morning and afternoon rush hour.

Not every customer receives every offer, and eligibility varies by offer. If you didn't receive one this time, you may still be eligible for future offers. Keep your contact information up to date, monitor your My Account, email and the app for current offers available to you (check your spam or junk folder too, just in case).

How to participate in a driving offer

You need a My Account to be eligible for driving offers. Make sure your licence plate and email are up to date. My Account also helps you view trips, pay bills and update info in one place.

If you have an offer available, you'll find the details in My Account, the 407 ETR App or in your email.

Each offer includes its own eligibility requirements and terms and conditions.

Step 3: Enjoy your savings

Drive during your promotion period and enjoy the savings. Discounts will appear on your bill.

Important: Credits for trips taken 7-10 business days before your bill date may appear on your next bill.

We provide different personalized driving offers designed to help customers save time and money while encouraging travel on Highway 407 ETR when alternate routes are busiest. Offer types may include:

Drive & Save Offers: Drive during specific times and reach a minimum spend to unlock free travel during a defined period.

Driving pass Offers: Purchase a pass to get unlimited travel during a defined period.

Offers vary by customer and are based on a range of factors. Not all customers will receive the same offers and offer availability may change over time.

No. Driving offers are personalized and can't be changed, shared or transferred to another customer or vehicle. Please note that customer service cannot provide offers or change offer eligibility requirements.

Yes. All vehicles registered under your name are eligible for the driving offer. If you drive during the offer period with any of your registered vehicles, the offer will automatically apply to those vehicles.

No. Offers are sent directly to eligible customers and can't be provided by customer service. To stay informed about future offers, keep your contact information up to date, monitor your My Account, email and the app for current offers available to you (check your spam or junk folder too, just in case).

When you're enrolled in a driving offer with specific travel time periods, you must enter Highway 407 ETR within the time periods listed in your offer. The time you exit the highway doesn't matter. Please note: Statutory holidays are not included in the promotion period unless explicitly stated.

No. Highway shoulders are for emergencies only. Stopping on the shoulder for non-emergency reasons may result in police enforcement under the Highway Traffic Act. Customers who stop on the shoulder to wait for the driving offer time period to begin may also be removed from current or future driving offers.

No. You don’t need a transponder to qualify or participate in a driving offer.

However, if you take just six trips per year, or three round trips, it pays for itself by removing the $5.30 camera charge per trip and $5 monthly account fee.

No. Driving offers are tied to the individual vehicle owner, not the My Account. Only the vehicle(s) that are identified in the offer details will qualify. Please note that customer service cannot provide offers or change offer eligibility requirements.

You can enrol for a driving offer through the offer email, My Account or the 407 ETR App before the enrolment deadline. After enrolling, you'll see a confirmation message and receive an email. Your offer details won't appear in your My Account until the first day of the month when the offer begins.

If the deadline has passed, you won't be able to enrol in that offer. If you're experiencing technical issues before the deadline, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

A driving pass allows customers to enjoy unlimited travel on Highway 407 ETR during a specified offer period and travel period(s) for a one-time charge (for example, unlimited travel during morning and afternoon rush hour).

If you received a driving pass offer, check your offer details for your specific offer period and eligible travel period(s).

There's no payment up front. Once you’ve activated your driving pass, the charge will be automatically applied to your account and will appear on your next bill as a One Month Pass.

Once the offer period begins, the charge is non-refundable, regardless of how much you drive during the offer period.

No. The driving pass is non-refundable once the offer period begins. The charge for your driving pass will be automatically applied to your bill.

You may cancel your driving pass up until the day before the offer period begins. For example, if your offer begins on October 1, the last day to cancel your pass would be September 30. Once the offer period begins, the driving pass charge is non-refundable.

Check your offer details for the offer period and eligible travel period(s). As long as you enter the highway during an eligible travel period, your trip will be covered, regardless of when you exit the highway.

A Drive & Save offer lets you unlock free travel after reaching a minimum spend during the offer period and specified travel period(s). After you reach the minimum spend outlined in your offer, eligible trips during the remainder of the offer period are free.

Only trips taken during the offer period and specified travel period(s) count toward reaching your minimum spend. Review your offer details to confirm your offer period and specified travel period(s).

Only trip-related charged incurred during the offer period and specified travel period(s) count toward your minimum spend. This includes toll charges, trip toll charges and camera charges. Account fees and transponder lease fees don't count.

Once you've reached your required minimum spend during the offer period and specified travel period(s), the rest of your eligible trips during the remainder of the offer period are free.

You can track your trips through My Account in the 407 ETR app. Please note that trips take around three days to appear in the app after travelling.

If you reach your personalized spend threshold during the promotion period, credits will typically show on your next bill within7–10 days after the month ends.

Credits apply only if you meet the offer conditions (e.g., travel during eligible times, reach your spend amount and/or have a valid licence plate). Check your offer details in My Account.
