New unified My Account login experience

New unified login experience
On January 20, 2025, we updated our system with a single login for all 407 ETR digital channels, and adding enhanced security with multi-factor authentication to help protect your data.
What you need to know
If you have an existing mobile app login there are some important steps for you take to ensure a seamless transition to the updated version.
Download your trip history
Trip history will be reset on January, 20, 2025. If you need this for your records, be sure to download it before this date.
To download your trip history, visit the My Trips tab. Use the filter button to customize the report, then click the export button to download to your device.
Reinstall the app and set up My Account
On or after January 20, 2025, download the updated app from the App Store or Google Play Store and follow the prompts to set up My Account. Your new login will work for both the mobile app and accessing My Account through our website.
Set up your app
Add your vehicle(s) to see real-time trip reports and travel history and set up your usual route to see activity that may affect your trip. Ensure notifications are turned on (in-app and on your device) to stay in the loop.
Please note, to add a vehicle you must be the registered owner, or have guest access provided by the registered owner.
Turning on notifications
Ensure notifications are turned on to see activity happening along the highway and get trip reports after you travel.
In the app, go to the More tab and click on App Settings, then Notifications, and select which notifications you’d like to receive. Notifications can be turned on for trip reports, accidents and closures, as well as road work happening along the highway.
Please note that you must set up a Usual Route to receive notifications of accidents, closures and roadwork. This can be found under the More tab.
