Repayment Assistance Program
The Repayment Assistance Program is designed to help personal or business customers who are currently experiencing financial difficulties.
Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for the program if you meet the following criteria:
Personal customer with an outstanding balance between $500 and $5,000
Your current financial situation doesn't allow you to pay your balance in full
You are able to pay 20% of your full balance as a down payment
You are currently in plate denial
You have not been enrolled in any financial programs in the last 12 months
You have not defaulted on any other 407 ETR financial assistance programs
How it Works
Once you've been approved for the program, repayment is based on the full amount owing on your account.
Equal monthly payments will be arranged to pay off the remaining balance, up to a maximum of 12 months.
Plate denial is lifted and interest on the unpaid balance is stopped while enrolled in the program.
Charges for trips taken while enrolled in the program are not included in the repayment plan and must be paid in full to remain in the program.
