Important Canada Post strike information

Canada Post has moved from a full national strike to rotating strikes, which may cause intermittent delays in mail and package delivery from 407 ETR. This includes paper bills, transponder orders, transponder fasteners and refund cheques.
Billing & Payments
Pre-authorized payments have resumed and all amounts owed will be withdrawn. New amounts accrued during the strike will not be subject to interest charges.
If you receive paper bills by mail, please be aware that bills and all other correspondence will be delayed and you may receive your previous bill and upcoming bill at the same time.
As always, we’ll continue to send payment reminders by text, email and voice message. Please be on the lookout for fraudulent messages impersonating 407 ETR.
Transponders
Transponder orders are being shipped during the rotating strike, but delivery may be delayed. If you've ordered a transponder and it is delayed, you can continue to travel and the camera charges will be waived automatically.
