Important information following the Canada Post strike

Please note that following the Canada Post strike, mail and packages from 407 ETR will be delayed. This includes paper bills, transponder orders, transponder fasteners and refund cheques.

Billing & Payments

Pre-authorized payments have resumed and all amounts owed will be withdrawn. New amounts accrued during the strike will not be subject to interest charges.

If you receive paper bills by mail, please be aware that bills and all other correspondence will be delayed and you may receive your previous bill and upcoming bill at the same time.

As always, we’ll continue to send payment reminders by text, email and voice message. Please be on the lookout for fraudulent messages impersonating 407 ETR.

Transponders

Deliveries for personal transponders and fasteners will be delayed. Please note that you may continue to travel on the highway while you wait for your transponder to arrive - we’ll remove any camera charges incurred automatically.

Transponders ordered for vehicles over 5,000 kg will be delivered by an alternate courier.
