Karina Luquetti
Vice President, Business Process Optimization and Strategy
Karina Luquetti joined 407 ETR in March 2003 and has served as the Vice President of Business Process Optimization and Strategy since January 2020. Mrs. Luquetti has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Information Technology, including auditing, management consulting and project management. Prior to joining 407 ETR, Mrs. Luquetti was a Senior Consultant at one of the major accounting firms in Uruguay. In that role she led multiple consulting proposals, and projects related to internal controls, process optimizations, transfer pricing and system implementations.
Since joining 407 ETR, Mrs. Luquetti has held multiple positions in the Finance and Information Technology departments. She successfully led the implementation of a procurement and asset management system, and was also the IT Project Manager to operate as a service provider to the Province of Ontario for tolling operation of Highway 407. In her previous role as Director of Finance, she oversaw the implementation of numerous optimizations and improvements to optimize collections, payment processing and toll enforcement processes.
Mrs. Luquetti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, CGA) from Ontario and also holds a Bachelors of Arts and CPA designation from the Universidad de la Republica de Uruguay.
