At 407 ETR, we’re committed to following high ethical standards of business conduct and are committed to doing business with suppliers who share these same standards. If you’re working with 407 ETR as a supplier, you should understand your responsibilities, follow applicable laws and regulations and conduct business activities in a manner that reflects 407 ETR’s standards of ethics and integrity. To help maintain our high ethical standards, you’re encouraged to use the anonymous and confidential reporting tool, Ethics Hotline by Clearview Connect to report concerns you have about known or suspected unethical or unlawful behaviours observed in your dealings with 407 ETR employees. You can use the Ethics Hotline to report any non-compliance or suspected non-compliance related to:

• Laws and regulations concerning corruption, bribery, money laundering, tax evasion, competition law, human rights, health & safety and environment;

• Competition and fair practices;

• Human rights, including any violence, harassment & discrimination practices; and/or

• Integrity and conflict of interests

If you believe that a transaction, relationship or other circumstance creates or may create a conflict of interest or may be inconsistent with the standards of conduct described in the 407 ETR Code of Conduct for Suppliers noted above, please promptly report to us directly, or through the Ethics Hotline.
