Route Relief Program
The Route Relief Program provides eligible customers up to six free trips each month on Highway 407 ETR. The initiative is designed to enhance the accessibility of the highway, aiming to provide an alternate transportation option for eligible low-income households throughout the GTA.
Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for the program if you meet the following criteria:
You are a resident of Ontario, Canada
You have a personal licence plate registered in your name that is not used for business (one eligible vehicle per household)
Your household size and income meets the eligibility requirements below
You have no outstanding balance with 407 ETR

How it Works
Once you complete the application process, if you're enrolled in the program, you'll receive a credit for up to the first six trips on your monthly bill. The application process is managed by C3 Canada.

To confirm program eligibility, supporting documentation including proof of residency, proof of plate ownership and proof of income is required.

Up to the first six trips are automatically credited on your monthly bill, including applicable tolls, trip toll charges and camera charges.

The program is valid for trips on Highway 407 ETR only (between QEW and Brock Road). Trips made on Provincially-owned Highway 407 (east of Brock Road) are not eligible for discounts.
