Spring into Free Rush Hour Terms & conditions

From March 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, (the “Promotion Period”), eligible personal vehicles, with Ontario plates only, that enter Highway 407 ETR from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and / or 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays (the “Promotion Time Period”) will receive free unlimited travel on Highway 407 ETR during the Promotion Time Period. The applicable discounts will appear on your bill as a promotional credit. This credit will cover toll charges, trip toll charges, camera charges, and applicable account fees incurred during the Promotion Period. Transponder lease fees will continue to apply if you lease a transponder. Credits for any trips taken approximately seven to 10 days prior to your bill date may be reflected on your next bill. Credits cannot exceed the trip value. This offer may be cancelled or modified by 407 ETR at any time and for any reason, upon notice to you. Heavy vehicle transponders are not eligible for this offer. This offer applies exclusively to travel on Highway 407 ETR (from QEW in Burlington and Brock Road in Pickering). The offer is non-transferable and only qualifying vehicle licence plate(s), as determined by 407 ETR in its sole discretion, will be eligible for the offer. Any personal information entered for this exclusive offer will be used for the purposes of administrating this offer and as otherwise described in our Privacy Notice.

Conditions of eligibility are:

a) This offer is only available to targeted customers, as determined by 407 ETR in its sole discretion.

b) Customers must sign up for a My Account and expressly agree to the My Account and Paperless Agreement prior to first using their My Account to be eligible for the promotion.

c) Customers must log into My Account and enroll for the promotion.
